Admissions Representatives will be required to see prospective students to help them achieve their career goals by taking them on a virtual or physical tour of the campus as well as explaining our career programs. Your goal will be to enroll students in their chosen career program, by helping them find the right program so they can grow into a successful medical or Technology professional. Our Admissions Representatives typically find this career to be very rewarding. We offer small classes with industry wide equipment and provide online and on ground classes for the convenience of the students.
**Instruction and Curriculum**
Contact prospective students by phone and emails.
Conduct campuses tour and interviews with prospective students.
Perform day-to-day Admissions activities such as recruitment and enrollment.
Performs consistently to meet performance targets.
Closing and follow-up skills required. NO COLD CALLS.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to work independently.
Other duties as assigned.
**Development**
Complete and maintain an Individual Development Plan/Summary.
Attend regularly scheduled in-services and discipline specific professional development activities.
Complete annual appraisal with Admissions Director
**Education and Experience**
The successful candidate for the position of Admission s-Representative should possess a Bachelor's degree or Minimum 2 year's prior experience as an Admissions Representative.
Admissions Representative must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and telephone communication skills, self-initiative, self-motivated, organizational skills and the drive to succeed.
**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
