Mendonoma Health Alliance (MHA) is recruiting licensed primary care practitioners (NP, PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered, equity-based healthcare via our new mobile medical clinic. Practitioners will work closely with medical assistants, community health workers, and other MHA staff to create a team-based work environment that is supportive, cohesive, and promotes a positive culture for all team members and patients. The ideal candidate is a team-player, flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving access to healthcare, particularly in rural or remote areas. This is a salaried/exempt role with an excellent benefits package. Salary range: $124,800 - $166,400 per 1.0 FTE annually, DOE. Graduation from an Accredited School or Program, Current CA License (FNP/PA), Current DEA, Current BLS and CA Driver's License. Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Join our team!
