Description Position Details:Title: Field Service EngineerLocation: Lima, OHShift: 8AM-430PM; Mon-FriCompensation: $28 - $32/hr. Overtime is available. Annual bonus up to $16,000 based on performance.Benefits: Benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision and many more! Company vehicle provided along with fuel card, tools, iPad, Laptop, phone and company uniform allowance.Travel: Daily local travel. Initial 2 weeks training in Chicago, IL.Position Description:As a Field Service Engineer, you are the eyes and ears of Company when providing service and support through customer interactions. Within your role, you will:Provide ongoing care and support for our customer's equipmentInstall our products and solutions at customer locationsDiagnose and resolve challenges and problemsBecome a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships.Extend our footprint in the market by promoting our service agreements and newer technology.Requirements:Minimum 1-year electronic and mechanical experience and customer supportGood DMV recordProblem-solve using available resources and creative solutions to resolve customer issues and will know when to ask for helpPartner with customers to assess their needs, manage their expectations, and drive resultsProactively listen to customers, anticipate their needs, follow through, and work towards a mutually agreeable solutionCollaborate with teammates, managers and customers
