4 Corner Resources is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join our clients dynamic team. This role focuses on managing IT financial and operational processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial acumen, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business leaders to drive organizational success. Vendor Management Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT and Engineering budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee contract routing processes, ensuring timely execution of agreements.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track performance metrics to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) and Power BI to create detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze complex datasets to provide meaningful insights for strategic planning.
Vendor Management Specialist Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, financial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs and SLOs is preferred.
Vendor Management Specialist Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of IT or Clinical Engineering processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Vendor Management Specialist Additional Details:
  • Compensation: Starting at $30/hr.
  • Contract (with potential for extension)
  • Fully onsite in Orlando, FL (Monday-Friday)
