This role is vital for maintaining the security and well-being of our property, guests, and team members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and ensure staff compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities, calls, deliveries, and guest assistance.
- Regular patrols of the property to ensure its security.
- Knowledgeable in repairing locks, safes, and elevators on the property.
- Manage security protocols for lost keys, property theft, and incident reporting.
- Handle evening deliveries and ensure their proper distribution.
- Provide a welcoming presence to guests, offering assistance as a valet and guiding them as needed.
- Uphold guest confidentiality and follow correct procedures for guest room entry.
- Promptly assist guests with their requests and ensure follow-up.
- Effectively handle security-related guest interactions and report incidents.
- Assist with training staff on the Emergency Action Plan and Safety Program.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve concerns tactfully.
- [Preferred] Experience in a security position, computer skills, and bilingual in Spanish and English.
