The successful candidate will need:
-strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to collaborate and build community;
-a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and client relations experience to bridge the gap between the job and our client;
-to work with unit financial/budgets,
-manage a team of 60,
-be responsible for strategic planning to lead the team, projects, and initiatives.

What You'll Do:
As the General Manager of Food and Housekeeping, we are looking for a leader with experience working with hospital clients, managing hourly staff, experience with Patient Services and in room dining programs, and catering skills. This facility has easy access to highways and the Southeastern Pennsylvania area, including Philadelphia. As the Director over both services, you will need strong communication skills with both the staff and our clients.
