Salary Range: $28-$38/hour depending on skills and experience DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Work independently for the successful completion of daily tasks and quality projects.
- Perform a variety of skilled carpentry tasks in commercial and industrial construction including but not limited to, carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, pouring/finishing concrete, and light trades work.
- Read blueprints, sketches, and scopes to verify the work and execute projects.
- Manage storage and protection of materials to ensure a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites.
- Identify opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a maintenance or construction role
- Extensive experience with drywall, basic finish carpentry, painting, tile, concrete, etc.
- Experience operating a forklift, aerial lift and scissor lift is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/AED/First Aid training preferred.
- Complete and pass pre-employment drug testing, background check, and physical capacity profile
