For more than 126 years, Epworth Children's Home has grown and adapted to the individual needs of children and families by providing a safe and nurturing environment, evidence-based practices, and programs across the continuum of care and across the state of South Carolina.Position Summary:The Director of Community-Based Services oversees all administrative functions of the Community-Based Program using the Homebuilders Model. Builds a team of Homebuilders Specialists and assures team compliance with training requirements. Assures that services are provided by Community-Based Specialist(s) under the Homebuilders Model with fidelity to all families and youth referred by the Departments of Social Services or other referral sources.The Director of Community-Based Services will be required to work closely with the HOMEBUILDERS® consultant as required by model trainers and cooperate with record reviews and onsite visits. Submit an annual report detailing plan for ongoing sustainability of services. Serve as a liaison between Epworth and referral sources.
