Your Role:

As the Manager of Resident Services, you'll:

  • Oversee all clinical care in coordination with the on-site LPN Case Manager.
  • Administer and manage the Enhanced Assisted Living Program.
  • Plan, develop, and improve services in collaboration with department managers.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage staff to deliver high-quality care aligned with Assisted Living regulations.
  • Conduct health and wellness assessments to address residents' changing needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for NYS DOH and Ombudsman program matters.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to resident care and medication management.
  • Provide on-call coverage as needed and participate in holiday activities.

What You Bring:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current and valid New York State RN license.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • At least 3 years of RN experience meeting NYS Department of Health standards.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict mediation skills.
  • Strong communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leadership and mentorship abilities to support nursing staff.
  • A deep commitment to promoting a positive work culture.
