Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support product development across the entire lifecycle, working closely with product managers, engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams. You will play an integral part in gathering customer insights, defining product requirements, and assisting with product strategy and execution to ensure our solutions meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Support & Research: Assist in gathering customer feedback and conducting research to identify user pain points and market needs. Help shape product requirements and ensure solutions align with customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to support the development of new features and enhancements. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress.
- Data & Insights: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to support decision-making. Assist with data-driven reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Roadmap & Planning: Support the development of the product roadmap, helping prioritize features and ensuring alignment with company goals. Track product milestones and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Documentation & Process: Maintain clear documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Assist in organizing product meetings and tracking progress across teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure that products adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and industry standards, contributing to the maintenance of data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
- 1-3 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably within healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes.
- Basic understanding of product management processes, agile methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or healthcare solutions.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
