Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential facilities, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. The director will manage staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for residential facilities
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Manage budgets and financial operations for residential facilities
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for residential services
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential services management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
