EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
§ 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role in
manufacturing, preferably in aerospace.
§ Bachelors degree in business, sales or marketing is a plus.
§ Ability to work in a team and collaborate to resolve problems effectively.
§ Thorough knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Partners with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
§ Manages the customer delivery scorecard.
§ Leads problem resolution efforts with customers regarding new orders, order changes,
and order status; responsible for elevating customer concerns when necessary.
§ Communicate to the Sales Team any opportunities identified as part of the customer
relationship.
§ Establishes a communication cadence to remain in frequent contact with the customers
to best understand open account actions.
§ Ensures order and schedule alignment with quoted pricing, including quantity revisions
and delivery reschedule in the system for the benefit of internal and external customers.
§ Processes order changes, blanket orders, release modification and product specification
communications, completes customer open order reports, initiates P.O. contract review.
