RECEIVING/FORKLIFT ASSOCIATE JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt MAC.BID will be conducting an onsite hiring event at the new Mesa warehouse on Tuesday day, Dec. 10th between 10am and 2pm. Mesa site address: 9350 E Elliot Rd, Suite 100, Mesa AR 85212 JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving Team employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
- Use pallet jacks and fork truck to unload product
- Drive fork-lift in safe manner according to policy and Safety Coordinator
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
- Must be fork truck certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
- Must be available to work onsite Monday - Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
- Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
