Responsible for collaborating with partners to promote maximum employee education and enrollment, a customer-centric onsite experience, and achieve overall customer satisfaction. This role coordinates the development, planning, management, reporting, and execution of the onsite events. Provides administrative and customer service to very large group insurance clients. Works with account team to manage customer relationships and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of MetLife's Group Benefits products, services, and system platforms
- Build upon service competencies - including communication, customer service, project management and relationship-building skills
- Manages the delivery of onsite enrollment strategies while supporting various methodologies, print collateral, supply fulfillment, and event logistics
- Partners with Service Team to develop and deliver moderately complex training materials for onsite resources.
- Attend onsite customer meetings to discuss key product features of customer - specific plan designs.
- Reinforce the service team by learning MetLife's systems and processes to support service team - includes partnering with internal partners and external customers to deliver on customer needs, assisting with problem solving through a consultative approach, and executing on the end-to-end customer experience
- Generate reports to track/report activities, identify trends, progress, and strategies
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: Required:
- 3+ years of equivalent experience within the insurance space.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously, effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately, and remain flexible.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
Preferred:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with onsite in-person meeting
- Dedication to quality improvement and work product excellence
- Bilingual is a plus
