Job Summary:

Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
* Ability to handle various tools and equipment
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor

Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
* Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, basic electrical repairs, plumbing, etc.
* Repair machinery and equipment when needed
* Diagnose mechanical issues and come up with solutions
* Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
* Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
