Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Facilities Manager in Alabama!

Elevate your facilities management career! Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Facilities Manager overseeing 16 facilities across Alabama. You'll:

* Support daily operations and maintenance

* Ensure a safe, efficient environment

* Travel to facilities to conduct site inspections

Some of what you will do:

* Assist in managing facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

* Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

* Help coordinate vendor and contractor activities.

* Contribute to budget planning and cost control measures.

* Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Support sustainability initiatives and energy management efforts.

* Participate in facility-related project management.

* Assist in developing and maintaining facility-related documentation and records.

* Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.

* Collaborate with internal departments to address facility-related needs.

* Support work order management to ensure work orders are assigned, updated, verified, and closed out to meet agreed SLAs.

Who are looking for:

Required

* 3+ years of experience in facilities management

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites

Preferred

* Relevant certifications (e.g., IFMA's FMP)

* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift. Must be available after-hours for emergency responses.

Pay $52,700-64,600 with a 7.5% targeted bonus of the annual salary.
