Client Overview

Our client, a prominent leader in construction, specializes in large-scale projects across commercial sectors, higher education institutions, and multifamily developments. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee their major projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction management, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This role demands strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Ensure project compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial buildings, universities, or multifamily housing.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Expertise in using project management tools such as Bluebeam and Procore.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
  • Master's degree or further education in project management is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
