With the main goal of improving the sales skill and driving better sales processes and outcomes. As a Sales Training Specialist you will help our company grow by improving our people's sales and negotiation skills. Sales is a larger driver of our company's success, so your position will play a crucial role with Double A Solutions!The duties and responsibilities are as follows:- Working with new hires and the sales management team with onboarding and training- Working with current sales team members with ongoing training- Attending various events such as trade shows, local university events, networking events, etc.- Maintain knowledge of latest sales trends and best practices related to our industry- Organize and monitor every training- Set training objectives by utilizing sales management's KPI's- Identify needs for sales skills improvementWHY YOU SHOULD APPLY- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential!- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, 401(k), HSA and PTO.
