- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program relating to the construction industry
- Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds
- Must be open to travel overnight occasionally Monday-Friday
- Ability to work at heights exceeding 20 feet
- Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime
