About the position:

The associate family office advisor role is a full-time position, with competitive benefits, in our private family office division called Octavia Group. This position works out of our Portland office and is focused primarily on delivering daily financial services for affluent individuals and families. The ideal applicant should be highly detail-oriented, data driven, organized, collaborative and comfortable with clients and professional partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and deliver family office services

Direct the client onboarding process (data gathering, document development, and systems integration)

Approve bills and manage account funding levels for the expense management offering

Manage client billing for Octavia Group services in collaboration with firm CFO

Compile, organize and digitize valuable client documents for the division

Track divisional and client metrics related to service delivery

Support monthly client financial reporting process

Assist with prospect presentation development and relationships with professional partners

Qualifications:

Work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines with accuracy

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly professional environment

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Schwab Advisor Services platform, DocuSign, CRM

Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com preferred or rapid ability to learn new software required

Maintain a high level of client service and confidentiality with integrity and professionalism

College degree with 3-5 years of client-facing financial industry experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary to be consistent with experience and potential, ranging from $80,000-$95,000
