The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular counts, tracking inventory discrepancies, and supporting overall inventory management efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and optimizing inventory accuracy at Kilcoy Global Foods North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes, documenting and reporting variances to management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist in receiving and shipping processes by verifying quantities and ensuring correct data entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to resolve inventory issues.
- Conduct physical inventory audits and provide reports on stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory trends.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory materials to facilitate efficient access and count processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area by adhering to company policies and safety standards.
- Assist with warehouse and production operations as needed, supporting an accurate and efficient supply chain.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance inventory control systems.

- Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a warehouse environment.
