Job Description:AS THE NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR, you will be responsible for planning,organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, andphysical management of the facility, residents, and equipment in such a mannerthat the purpose of the facility will be established and maintained inaccordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, andregulations, and established policies.QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration orother Health related degree-Currently licensed to practice Nursing Home Administration in the state ofPennsylvania-Knowledge of current Federal and State regulations about nursinghomes; knowledge of current standards of practice for long-term care; knowledgeof personnel administrationSalary would be 105k-120k based on experience.Required Skills:•Nursing
