This role will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for US, Canada & Bermuda. It will also partner with the global TA team on strategic initiatives. Reports directly into the Head of HR (Americas).

They are a global insurance company. Over the last 2 years they have almost doubled in size.

Description

• Full Cycle Recruitment
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders & hiring managers
• Working with hiring managers on interview processes & best practices
• Working with recruitment agencies- liaison for all hiring
• Sourcing of candidates through job boards- keeping an active pipeline
• Coordinate with HR team on onboarding
• Managing ATS
• Working on global initiatives for TA team

Profile

• Bachelor Degree
• 5-7 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
• Strong stakeholder management
