- Day Shift: 1:4-5 nurse-patient ratio
- Night Shift: 1:5-6 nurse-patient ratio
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Every other weekend/holiday required
- Caregivers will be deployed from the Care Coordinator Center to where they are needed
- Will spend time in the ER for ER hold patients
- Facility seeks a caregiver to stay through the end of September
