Job Description
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
  • As necessary, update plans and schedules for field staff
  • Work with Superintendents to coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
  • Manage and push through all change-orders, RFI's, submittals, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners / clients ..

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Must have construction experience in the multifamily or similar market
  • Desire to learn and help others learn
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
