Join our team and start your journey today!As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, this position will ensure the warehouse shipping operation on the finished goods and raw material meets its daily objectives.AS A WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR YOU WILL:Operate fork truck effectively and safelyCoordinate the finished goods and raw material shipping operationLoad raw materials, equipment, and chemicals and log all incoming equipmentCreate pick lists on product receivedPrepare consolidate packing list, assign reference numbers, and verify materialSupport communication of daily customer shortages to the plant, process shipments, document and release loadsSupport proper and accurate documentation for both northbound and southbound loadsLoad and unload all MRO/Raw Material, equipment and chemicalsLog all incoming Raw Material and MROEnsure the north-and-south-bound trucks and trailers logistics average pounds per load are maintained, as well as the most cost-effective quantity of trucksSupport proper transactions on all incoming/outgoing product, materials and MROHandle incoming RMAs from customers and communicate with the shipping and receiving department in Reynosa, MXCoordinate warehouse employee assignments to ensure performance objectives are metEnsure proper files are kept within corporate guidelinesProcess special shipments (air, ground) accordinglyOther duties/projects as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: ​High School Diploma, GED or equivalent3-5 years of experience and working in shipping and receiving for a manufacturing companyProficient computer skillsExcellent communication skillsLegal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Experience with MS Office Suite, and Enterprise Resource Program such as SAP, Oracle, or JDEExcellent communication skills in English / SpanishKnowledge of Manhattan WMSSCHEDULE:This is a first shift position with general working hours of Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.LOCATION:This role will help support our new distribution center in Forney, TX.
