Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on construction sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

• Monitor project budgets closely, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

• Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to achieve project goals and objectives.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Experience with design-build construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required by project needs.
