- Innovation & Efficiency: Analyze current processes and introduce improvements to enhance project delivery, team coordination, and resource utilization.
- Planning & Estimating: Perform detailed estimates, read blueprints, process take-offs, and manage change orders with precision.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee all aspects of scheduling, crew coordination, and material logistics to keep operations seamless and efficient.
- Site Management: Provide guidance in grading, site work, excavation, and paving coordination, stepping in as needed to ensure quality.
- Inspection & Compliance: Meet with inspectors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
