Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is an in office position Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.Summary of Essential Duties:The Coordinator is responsible answering calls, contacting customer gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system (PSA), scheduling, assist in obtaining approvals for estimates, following up with customers and crews, reviewing reports and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. Qualifications:To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction.
