Job Title: WIC Nutritionist
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nutritionist to join our WIC team.
As a Nutritionist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants, and children by providing tailored nutrition education and support.
This role is pivotal in helping our clients make informed choices that lead to healthier lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:
Nutrition Education: Deliver impactful nutrition education to WIC participants, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to make healthy choices for themselves and their families.
Collaboration: Work closely with primary care teams to provide consultation and support, helping to create cohesive care plans that address the nutritional needs of our clients.
Resource Development: Develop and assess nutrition education materials that are engaging, accessible, and effective for a diverse client base.
Team Participation: Actively participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest nutrition guidelines and best practices.
Client Support: Assist with clerical operations and the distribution of food vouchers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our clients.
What You Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or eligibility for Registered Dietitian (RD) status preferred.
Experience: Experience in community nutrition or related health services, particularly involving women and children, is highly valued.
Teamwork: A proven ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Work Location(s): Travel throughout Strafford and Carroll Counties, Somersworth NH Home Office
Hours per week: 40
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 Based on experience

All regularly scheduled employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible to receive full benefits; those working 24-31 hours per week will receive prorated benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
