Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support in our facility. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive prompt assistance and that the environment remains clean and welcoming.

Duties

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them with their needs.
• Manage the parking of vehicles, including valet parking services when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Provide assistance in various departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key to this role.
• A background in valet parking or similar positions will be advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.83 - $13.43 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
