Job Title: Training AdministratorJob DescriptionAs a Training Administrator, you will coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops for employees. You will support the Talent Learning team by maintaining comprehensive training records and ensuring the smooth operation of training programs. Collaboration across various teams to support training initiatives, especially the new hire day one experience, will be a key aspect of this role. You will also work with vendors to provide necessary tools and resources for training.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.Maintain comprehensive training records and track progress.Provide administrative support to the Talent Learning team.Collaborate with Talent Learning and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives.Partner with the New Hire Orientation Program Lead to coordinate new hire training.Work with vendors to provide necessary tools and resources for training.Perform efficiently and remain organized under pressure and deadlines.Set and prioritize workload to meet scheduled responsibilities.Adapt to changing requirements and schedules when necessary.Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years administrative experience.Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Detail oriented.Data entry skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Time management skills.Customer service skills.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.Additional Skills & QualificationsLMS experience.Experience with HRIS/Workday/ADP.Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% fully onsite with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You may sit for several hours at a time with prolonged exposure to computer screens. The office environment has moderate noise levels from computers, phones, and printers. The team is collaborative, warm, and inviting.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
