Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient receiving picking, processing, packaging, shipping and delivery of customer orders, including basic customer service skills
- Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures
- Perform mechanical inspection using calipers, durometer gauge and other inspection tools
- Accurate input into database as well as accurate management of paperwork
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or some college preferred
- 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
- Fork lift certification a plus.
- Customer service experience a plus
- Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs. occasionally throughout the week
Competencies:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- 6S familiarity a plus
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Working knowledge of warehouse data systems
- Solid communication skills
Compensation: Please note this is only a general guideline and will vary based on work location. The hourly wage is estimated between $18.00 to $20.00.
