We are seeking an IT Business Analyst who will play a critical role in improving and supporting our business applications. This position requires an individual who can successfully help lead an IT Department in a Business Services environment with Summit knowledge.

Description

• Collaborate with business units to analyze current and future business processes.
• Identify, recommend, and implement IT solutions that improve business efficiency.
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with IT Department to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new applications.
• Provide user training and support for Business Services applications.
• Maintain project documentation and updates to reflect changes in requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the Business Services industry.

Profile

A successful 'IT Business Analyst' should have:

• Deep knowledge on Summit (This is a must to have)
  • Familiar with products traded on Fixed Income, Treasury and Credit business
  • Familiarity with Summit STP services for Front Office and Back office as cashflows, accounting, operations and settlements workflows
• Execute SQL queries
