Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the project vision is realized.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Oversee site activities to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and subcontractor management.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a proven track record in managing custom home builds or high-end residential projects. You have excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and local regulations. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant experience.
