Job Description :
We are seeking motivated team members to support our rewards program, assisting members with questions about redeeming rewards such as gift cards and products. The rewards program encourages healthy behaviors, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges.This is work-at-home for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.QualificationsPrevious 1 year customer service or customer support experience requiredPrevious 1 year call center or office background experience requiredTechnical savvy (able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors)Previous remote work from home experience preferredQuick learner and able to work independentlyType 35 words per minute accuratelyStrong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills along with active listeningMust be 18 years of ageA background check applicable with state and federal laws will be requiredResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts when handling different topicsIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternativesAccess company and client resources provided to accurately handle the callSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseSkillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composureBe available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled timesRemain positive and professional in all customer interactionsFlexibility to cross train as requestedEquipment ProvidedMust have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs/not wifi) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
