The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels at working at an individual level.What we offer:Competitive annual salary $55,000- $65,000yrPerformance bonusCompany vehicle providedCompany gas card providedCompany cell phone providedGroup health, dental, and vision plansPet insurance, life insurance, and EAP benefits401K with employer matchPaid holidays and paid time offOpportunity for advancementUpbeat and exciting company culture and much more!Responsibilities include:Responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDAContinually monitor and balance labor utilization with production to optimize overall efficienciesResponsible for all inventory and fleet within the service centerUse forecasted staffing needs and direct all hiring activities to ensure proper staffing for the service center while having constant communication with the recruiting leadManage payroll for all Service Professionals, Lead Service Professionals, and Operations Supervisors within the service centerSet a clear vision and expectations for the work groupStrive to achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor managementWork closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement department to ensure the growth and success of areas by ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of quality servicesExecute plans provided for improvement and report progressEnsure a cohesive, service-oriented, multidisciplinary team through staffing and retention of qualified individualsMeet KPI standardsWork with talent team for hiring needsCreate a positive atmosphere of learning and growth for all Service ProfessionalsSet and manage goals with Operations Supervisors, Lead Service Professionals, and Service Professionals to improve overall performance using performance dashboards and other toolsReview Service Professional performance metrics with the Operations Regional ManagerTeach Service Professionals proper communication skills, and sales training, and ensure the workforce has a proper understanding of sales organization and processesResponsible for collaborating with Operations Trainers and local leadership to implement and deliver trainingDeliver excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.Qualifications:At least 3+ years experience in management and/or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related fieldPreferred a high school diploma or related educationGeneral understanding of Profit and LossA US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 4 years is requiredA clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hiresCandidates must obtain and maintain all licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulationsAptive Environmental:Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to more than 5,000 cities across North America.
