To learn more, visit .Duties and Responsibilities Develops presentations for client stakeholdersEvaluate client needs, plans and executes on delivery and implementation plans, and tests and troubleshoots final system setups.Assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.Learns web-based technologies and lead clients through implementation and training processesDrafts updates to training manuals and other end-user documentationAssist end-users with support inquiries utilizing multiple platformsCoordinates with team if end-user inquiries need to be escalatedAssists in conducting online and on-site trainingsAssists team in developing specifications and testing technical development tasksUses database management systems to gather and analyze dataWorks within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines Required Skills Strong analytical skills, research and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.Ability to manage time to meet critical deadlines.Ability to work independently and with a teamDetail-oriented problem-solving approach to business issuesCommitment to deliver exceptional client service and contribute in a team environmentProficiency in all Microsoft applicationsProficiency with database management systems is desirableAbility to manage multiple forms of support simultaneously Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required2+ years of similar work experience preferred Working Conditions Office Setting Compensation:As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000 - $74,000.
