PFI InStore seeks to fill an Industrial Maintenance position at our Hazlewood, MO, manufacturing facility.Industrial Maintenance is responsible for performing all mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance aspects on equipment and facility.PFI is a leading designer and fabricator of retail store displays and fixtures. We specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores. We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire. Associates work directly with leading retailers and brands like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Anheuser Busch, and many other Fortune 500 companies to create shopping experiences seen every day. Our company must foster a creative and self-motivated atmosphere to be relevant in today's retail world and is looking for energetic and industrious people to help us build on our decades of success.ResponsibilitiesProvides innovative solutions to resolve ongoing breakdownsTroubleshoots & performs preventative maintenance (PM) on equipmentMakes necessary equipment repairs & adjustments to minimize downtime & maximize efficiencyUtilizes Amp Meter, Fluke, & other test equipmentChecks electrical circuits, machine operations, & process instrumentationAnalyzes equipment to improve efficiency, safety, & qualityCompletes maintenance service requestsPerforms routine preventative maintenanceFollow-ups on status of equipment modifications & work ordersMeets with vendors and contractors as necessary to ensure continued efficiency & maintenance of equipment & facilityPerforms sanitation requirements as needed or requiredPerforms other duties as assigned or requiredEducationMechanical Systems, Facilities Technology, or Building Maintenance degree from an accredited institution (preferred)Experience2+ years maintenance experience or equivalent technical trainingQualificationsAbility to interpret & analyze electrical diagrams & schematicsAbility to work on plant facilities & equipment safely & effectivelyUnderstanding of requirements & importance of documentationAbility to perform basic wiring up to 480 voltsUnderstanding of electronics and mechanicsMust possess basic knowledge of the following systems:Electrical DistributionNatural GasFire Sprinkler SystemsCity WaterCompressed AirVacuum SystemsSkillsAbility to work well within a team environment & all associatesPlanning & organizational skillsExcellent mechanical aptitudeTroubleshooting abilityPresence From Innovation (PFI) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
