This includes user support, friendly and efficient customer service, proper tracking and documentation via ticketing system, as well as acting as a liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.Education: Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Skills:Proven experience as a technical support specialist or similar role.Strong familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and other office management applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical users.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Direct experience with PC diagnostics and repair.Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Availability: Available for on-call based on department needs.Physical Requirements: Light-Medium Physical Agility Test (PAT) RatingWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk; frequently to use hands, fingers; and frequently to talk or hear.
