At RR Living, we are a part of something special.Responsibilities:Remove rubbish from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).Maintain curb appeal.Power wash buildings and/or parking lot.Clean common areas and/or breezeways of dirt and debris with blower.Touch up paint when needed (Patio fences, curbs, exterior doors, etc.).Other miscellaneous assigned tasks.Requirements:Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently as a member of a professional apartment maintenance team.Must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently on an independent basis.Must be willing and able to effectively interact with a wide variety of personalities, maintaining excellent public relations on an ongoing basis.Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.RR Living Values:Be Your Best.
