To enhance our nation's ability to identify, address, and act - no matter what challenges arise.Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Facility Security Officer to lead or assist with both internal corporate responsibilities and external customer-facing security activities. From an internal perspective, the candidate will help the corporation achieve and maintain security compliance standards such as CMMC and ISO-27001. Externally facing responsibilities involve facilitation of the clearance process for partners participating in a customer cloud Marketplace for the US Intelligence Community. This part of the role involves coordinating various security-related activities, including clearance management, Foreign Ownership Control and Influence (FOCI) tracking, and regular communication with security officers from partner organizations. The ideal candidate must possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance and have extensive experience in handling security processes within the intelligence community.Key Responsibilities: Clearance Management for Product Partners:Create and Track SIM Tickets: Manage all Security Information Management (SIM) tickets related to customer security support for product Partner clearances.Handle Visit Requests to customer sites, partner read-ons, creation of high-side email accounts, customer and/or customer badges, and similar tasks.Inform product Partners of required training related to clearances and provide necessary links and information.Ensure completion of required training by tracking and documenting partner compliance. Communication and Coordination: Relay all information and handle coordination for clearance-related activities directly with Partners.Serve as the primary liaison with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Security Officers from partner organizations, maintaining regular communication, especially regarding personnel changes and mergers/acquisitions. Reporting and Compliance: Support Partner adherence to reporting requirements, including foreign travel and changes in marital status.Prepare monthly status reports for product leadership detailing activities, number of ISVs under management, number of clearances, and issues needing attention.Report clearance and FOCI updates in Program Monthly Reviews (PMRs).FOCI (Foreign Ownership Control and Influence):Approval and Communication: Track FOCI approvals, ensuring updates are communicated to Partners as needed.Coordinate quarterly and/or annual checks on FOCI changes and clearances. Materials Development: Develop materials to streamline and track interactions and communications with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) for FOCI approval within the product business. Contract and Agreement Management: Execution of Agreements:Execute the product Publisher's Addendum, MNDAs, and Proserve Supplement via Contract Central (CC) by collecting signatory data from ISVs and submitting CC tickets for each request.Store executed product Partner agreements and update databases with completion data, tracking when product Partners have completed various onboarding steps, including signing Terms and receiving FOCI approval. Pipeline and Catalog Management: Onboarding and Tracking:Track the distribution of the product onboarding packet and related materials to maintain an updated pipeline of the product Catalog.Coordinate with the Marketplace Catalog Operations team on new listings in the product.Add ISV logos and listing descriptions to relevant documentation with each update.Will also support Evans & Chambers as an assistant FSO.Assist corporate FSO with preparation for facility audit and compliance activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel security or a related field.Experience with security clearance processes and FOCI tracking within the intelligence community.Strong familiarity with customer security protocols and the customer Marketplace is a plus.Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of federal security regulations, including NISPOM and FOCI requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with security management software and databases.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to develop training materials and procedural documents.
