Location: Richmond, VAPosition: General LaborerPay: $21.44/hrWith overtime, your average hourly rate will be $23.41Shifts: 12 hour rotating shifts; 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7amThis is how it works:Work 4 days on night shiftOff for 2 daysWork 3 days on day shiftOff for 2 daysWork 3 days on night shiftOff for 2 daysWork 4 days on day shiftOff for 8 daysREPEATThis is an average of 43 hours/week over a 4 week cycle.Eligible for a MONTHLY machine incentive bonus!Annual safety shoe allowance!While reporting to the Team Leader as the General Laborer, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.
