JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Within 48 hours of receipt, inputs group room listings by following a detailed checklist
Works with Director of Revenue Management to achieve optimum occupancy and revenue
Reviews contracts for accuracy in rates, dates, billing inventory levels, and other miscellaneous information
Creates and maintains complete files on all bookings reflected in Sales PMS
Provides information and assistance to enhance guest service
Participates in weekly group pick-up meetings
Provides continuous service to hotel and guests to assure guest satisfaction
Attend group pre-function meetings
Answer reservation sales calls when volume dictates
Posts, tracks and follows all SOP's with advance purchase/deposit reservations
Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of six (6) months prior reservations or front office experience required in a full service hotel or related.
Prior experience with Opera PMS is preferred
Minimum of High School education

Ability to use a moderately complex computer system and troubleshoot software problems

Strong commitment to task with a high sense of urgency
Ability to maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
