Job Purpose
We are looking for Jr. Support Engineer who is responsible for providing 24x7x365 monitoring support to the client infrastructure across the globe.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
* 24x7x365 on L1 support (in rotational shift) to monitor the infrastructure.
* Fast and effective response to the alerts and notifications from a range of systems.
* Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
* Identify, investigate, resolve, and escalate technical problems in accordance with established guidelines and documentation.
* Monitor and track raised issues to ensure timely resolution.
* Work as a team to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve reported issues.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Should be having an understanding on cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
* Good understanding of ticketing tools.
* Knowledge of monitoring tools is a plus advantage.
* Proficiency in documentation.
* Ability to work well on its own or with a team into 24x7x365 environment.
* Good command over English language is a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Should have decision making capability.
