Provide friendly, professional service by greeting visitors, answering questions via walk ins, phones and emails through both verbal and written communications in a timely, courteous manner on the topics related to both student accounts and financial aid. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, offer hospitality, do appointment check-ins and or scheduling using Book An Appointment and Google calendar.
  • Provide answers to questions via in person, on the phone and through email related to both financial aid and student accounts.
  • Manage Documents: Scan, link, proof, purge, and check in documents using Egnyte, Powerfaids, SIS, and Image Now.
  • Handling Funds: Taking payments, receipting payments, providing cash advances and credit paid out.
  • Processing receipt of scholarship checks received.
  • Understand and be able to read a student's financial statement while understanding debits and credits.
  • Direct students/visitors, faculty & staff as needed to correct offices.
  • Be knowledgeable of departmental priorities and projects by monitoring the weekly communications and check lists to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office setting.
  • Respectful of Confidential Information (FERPA)
  • Knowledge and ability of and in Excel, financial aid and student account policy and procedures,
