In Right at Home, we are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the Detroit Lakes area. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for helping our clients with day-to-day tasks while they are in the comfort of their own homes. Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide health care services in clients residences.
  • Perform domestic and household tasks.
  • Transport and accompany clients to the doctor's office or the hospital.
  • Administer simple prescribed medications.
  • Assist with client's personal care activities.
  • Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies or exercises.
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements and Skills:
  • Be 18 years old or older.
  • Valid driver's license (not permit) and insured car that can be with you during the shifts.
  • Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide (preferred).
  • Nursing and health care administration skills
  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
