RESPONSIBILITIES
**JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Manages and supervises the day-to-day administration, management, coordination and integration of services, programs, and activities of all diagnostic imaging, including the hospital and physician office building.
- Ensures programs, services and activities support strategic plans, and the goals and objectives of Queen's North Hawaii Community Hospital (QNHCH)
- Ensures operations and functions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and the policies and procedures of the Hospital.
- Collaborates and coordinates functions, services and operations to ensure alignment with Imaging Services at QNHCH.
**TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
- Seeing, hearing, speaking.
- Frequent: sitting, standing, walking, finger dexterity, reaching at shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motions, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods, and frequent gripping of an object.
- Occasional: stooping/bending, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, twisting body, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying usual weight of 5 pounds up to 10 pounds, reaching above and below shoulder level.
**TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:**
- Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:**
- Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Current BLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:**
- Five (5) years clinical experience in imaging modalities, preferably in a comparable facility.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare (e.g. responsibilities for major project(s)).
