- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and ductwork.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for proper installation and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate system functionality to clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order.
- Stay updated with the latest technology and HVAC systems advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation or servicing.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for residential and commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Certification in HVAC or equivalent technical training is preferred but not required.
