DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional guest service while exhibiting the OWA mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service
- Take guests' orders, offering suggestions, and upselling about delicious menu items
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers and Mobile Ordering tablets
- Feed hungry guests promptly and satisfy growling stomachs with fresh food
- Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and keep all areas clean and safe for guests
- Follow all protocols for sanitization of workspace and proper disposal of garbage/trash items in garbage bins or trash disposal
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 16-years-old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and to work in various weather conditions (indoor, outdoor, warm weather, cold weather, etc.)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- Friendly, outgoing personality who would be comfortable inviting guests to your station
- Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed
- Positive attitude to make guests excited about their meal
- Passion for delicious food
